Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 10, 2026

Sylvia M. Singleton, CPA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice describes how information is handled when you visit The Complete Confidence Plan website or contact us through its consultation inquiry form.

Information you provide

When you submit a consultation inquiry, we collect the information entered into the form, which may include your name, email address, business name, area of interest, and message. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, account credentials, or confidential financial documents through this form.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to requests, communicate about potential services, and maintain appropriate business records. Submitting an inquiry does not create a CPA-client relationship.

Service providers and website operation

We use third-party service providers to support website hosting, security, and consultation inquiry processing. These providers may process the information you submit and technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata as needed to operate their services. Inquiry submissions are delivered to our business email for review and response.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not intentionally install advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or optional website analytics on this website. Essential technologies may be used by our hosting or form-processing providers for security and service delivery. If optional tracking is added later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.

Client Portal

The Client Portal link takes you to a separate third-party service for client account access and confidential document exchange. The portal provider operates its own login and document-sharing environment and maintains its own privacy practices. We do not collect client portal passwords through this public website. Please use the client portal, not the consultation form, to exchange confidential financial documents.

Information sharing

We share inquiry information with service providers as needed to operate the website and respond to your inquiry. We do not use the inquiry form to sell visitor information or for targeted advertising. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry information as reasonably necessary for business communications, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. For confidential client materials, use the approved secure client process rather than the public inquiry form.

Your choices and questions

You may contact us to ask about information you have submitted or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and recordkeeping obligations. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights.
